Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your company if you give one, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the kind of entertainment you are after, and your message. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.

We do not run advertising trackers, and the site itself does not set cookies.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry and to quote for your event. That is all. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Where it goes

The form is delivered by Formspree, which passes the message to our inbox and keeps a copy in our account there. Their privacy terms are at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Some parts of the site load content from other companies, and your browser contacts them directly when it does. Those companies can see your IP address and may set their own cookies:

• Google, for the typeface and for the showreel players on the home and MADgicians pages
• Instagram, for the three reels on the MADgicians page

If you press the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a message ready to send. Nothing is sent until you send it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox while we are talking, and for up to two years afterwards, so that we have the history if you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to the address above and we will reply within 21 days.

Changes

If this notice changes we will change the date at the top of it.
